The ICGFM International Conference
Is the Premier PFM Conference of the Year! 

For 47 years, ICGFM has served as a catalyst for knowledge and positive change within the large and diverse public financial management community. ICGFM’s International Conference is the premier annual gathering of public financial management thought leaders from governments, industry and the investment community who come together to discuss best practices, financial reforms, and innovative approaches to better serve the citizens of their countries, states, provinces, regions or local communities. Typically, 125 people from more than 25+ countries attend this unique conference.

The 2025 ICGFM International Conference will be held November 3-7, 2025 at the Hotel Washington in the heart of the District of Columbia. The conference theme is Optimizing Public Assets: Investment, Performance and Building the Future and the program will focus on all phases of Assets — a key building block of public financial management — which, if managed properly, can be harnessed for economic growth and the greater good.
