Leading the Country Financial Management Strengthening and Innovation team, Eric oversees the financial management component of the Global Fund’s Resilient and Sustainable Systems for Health (RSSH) and Innovative Finance strategies. As a key enabler for sustainable Finance, he also clear all exceptions to the standard corporate requirement as it relates to framework agreements and grant regulation.

Starting his careerin PricewaterhouseCoopers (Coted’Ivoire, then South Africa and France), he brings more than 20 years of experience with expertise in Public Financial Management, risk management, Assurance, business process improvement, project management and stakeholders’ management.

Eric holds a Master in Finance degree from the National Polytechnic Institutes of Coted’Ivoire, an Executive Master of Business Administration from Hult-Ashridge Business School (UK) and an executive certificate in business analytics with the University of Cambridge judge Business school.
