David Robins    

David Robins is the Manager of the Open Budget Survey at the International Budget Partnership and is responsible for the Survey’s research and review processes, the technical assistance package provided to civil society and government, and working with IBP partners to develop and implement advocacy strategies to promote open and accountable budgets. Prior to joining IBP, David’s positions focused on primary education, community development, and disaster resilience. He holds degrees from SOAS, University of London and Trinity University.
