Brittian A. Walker (Britt) is a Government and public Sector (GPS) Specialist Leader in Deloitte’s Risk and Financial Advisory practice. He is a retired military officer with demonstrated exceptional leadership and oversight of multi-billion-dollar, global programs. He has 10+ years of expertise in the DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE), capability and requirements development, and assessment processes. At Deloitte, he helps lead the USAID-funded State-Owned Enterprises Reform Activity (SOERA), monitoring the flow and use of US direct budget support to the Government of Ukraine and enhancing Ukraine’s capacity to manage USG funding in order to improve transparency and accountability. Britt holds a BA from Florida State University, an MBA from the University of Tennessee, and an MS in Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College.
