Rodolphe Bance

Head, Office of Quality, Innovation and Reforms and Technical Advisor to the Director General, General Directorate of Treasury and Public Accounting, Ministry of Finance, Burkina Faso, Managing Public Finance in Crisis Time: Case of Security Crisis in WAEMU Countries

 

Mr. Rodolphe Bance is currently heading the office of Quality, Innovation and Reforms as well as serving as Technical Advisor to the Director General within the General Directorate of Treasury and Public Accounting at the Ministry of Finance in Burkina Faso. He has provided technical assistance on public finance reforms, specially Treasury and debt management reforms, in the West African region.

He operates regularly as a debt management specialist in the region and had previously been appointed, as a consultant, for CABRI and the World Bank group. His extensive experience includes research conducted on specific topics in the region, formulation of strategies and policies, and authoring papers on PFM issues in Africa.

Mr. Bance also serves as a partner and represents the Sustainable Public Debt Management Institution in the West African region, with the aim to seek opportunities for collaboration and support in the region on public debt management.
