Senior Energy and Public Financial Management Specialist, USAID/Kyiv Mission 
 


 

Andriy is a Senior Project Management Specialist at USAID/Ukraine with over 20 years of experience. Andriy has designed and managed USAID's technical assistance projects in the areas of public sector governance, public finance management, energy and infrastructure.  Currently, Andriy is managing USAID's State-Owned Enterprises  activity aimed at reforming the SOE sector in Ukraine and strengthening public sector accountability. Through the SOE Reform Activity, USAID provides assistance to the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine to ensure accountability and oversight of direct budget support provided to the Government of Ukraine by the US Government. Andriy holds a master's degree in economics from the University of Notre Dame and a master's  degree in public administration from the Ukrainian Academy of Public Administration.
