Yogesh Parajuli is Deputy Financial Comptroller General of Nepal at the Ministry of Finance’s Financial Comptroller General Office (FCGO), where he provides strategic leadership on nationwide public financial management reform and the transition toward a fully integrated, end-to-end IFMIS across federal, provincial, and local governments. With more than two decades of senior experience in treasury management, fiscal transparency, and digital PFM transformation, he has led key initiatives on fiscal discipline, internal control, disaster-risk financing, and climate-responsive budgeting. At ICGFM 2026, he will present Nepal’s strategic roadmap for a Complete IFMIS, following a keynote intervention by the Financial Comptroller General on advancing accountable and technology-enabled public finance systems.
