Dr. Tetiana Iefymenko

President, Academy of Financial Management; Full Member, National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine

Tetiana Iefymenko is President of the Academy of Financial Management, Full Member of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of Economics, and Professor. She held senior positions in Ukraine’s Ministry of Finance and local tax authorities. A key author of the Tax Code, she has led innovations in financial management and public sector reforms during the martial law and for postwar recovery.  Dr. Iefymenko provides scientific support for fiscal anti-crisis policies and simplified business regulation. She has long represented Ukraine’s Ministry of Finance in UNCTAD’s ISAR group and co-authored its guidance on SDG-related reporting indicators.
