Ben Campbell is currently an ESP Director at MCC. In that role, he works with MCC teams and country partners to ensure that MCC Compacts are designed and implemented to reduce environmental and social risks and enhance benefits. With MCC, Ben has worked in Benin, Cape Verde, Ecuador, Jordan, Lesotho, Liberia, Malawi, Moldova, Mozambique, the Philippines, Solomon Islands, Timor L’Este and Togo. Prior to MCC, Ben has spent most of his career living and working in over 30 countries with international conservation and relief and development organizations. Ben holds two Master’s degrees: the first in International Political Economy from the University of Missouri-Columbia and the second in Environmental Management from Imperial College London. He is also fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
