ICGFM 2021 Partnership and Sponsorship Information

ICGFM is unique It is the only organization that brings the large and diverse PFM community together under one umbrella. There is no better organization with which to partner or connect and engage with key PFM global leaders. 

Why Now Is Different — ICGFM has been in the business of convening in-person conferences for the global PFM community for 48 years. Now we are doing it virtually! With travel largely restricted, virtual programming offers an accessible and less expensive alternative to connect and engage with the PFM community.

The 2021 Virtual Training Symposium offers a robust series of educational sessions that will attract an even larger audience of members of parliament, ministers of finance, accountants, and auditors general, and other high-level government executives from across the globe – all of whom will be looking to ICGFM and our partners for information, guidance, and resources.

In addition, ICGFM is offering a new portfolio of virtual programming throughout the year, including webinars, Innovative Think Tanks and Community of Practice programs.  Limited sponsorship opportunities are available for each series of programs or for individual programs.


Partnership Opportunities

Foundation Partnership ($5,000)

This is an inclusive, year-long opportunity for a few select organizations to build long-term relationships, share best practices and promote their best thinking using ICGFM’s multiple program channels:   

High Visibility Exposure at the 2021 ICGFM Virtual Training Symposium: February 9-10.

The Virtual Training Symposium is the best platform for your organization to promote your organization’s expert thought leadership and your client successes to key PFM leaders as they seek to better serve their citizens in a post-COVID world. 

  • Exclusive sponsor of (1) one keynote session, panel discussion or the Innovation Roundtable: A company executive will speak briefly about their company. In addition, the session video will contain partner’s logo. 
  • Distribute proprietary organizational content to meeting attendees: At the conclusion of the Virtual Symposium, ICGFM will provide attendees with 30 days of continued access to Symposium content. Foundation Partners will be permitted to include case studies, white papers, or research studies on the conference portal.   
  • Foundation Partnership Branding: logo exposure on all online event pages as well as the inclusion of a 30-second advertisement (along with other partners) that will run during all session breaks.   

Thought leadership content on ICGFM website throughout 2021: feature organizational case studies and research relevant to members and visitors with interactive links to corporate website.

Host one of three ICGFM virtual webinars:  ICGFM is re-inventing the in-person DC Forum concept and taking it online. Through a series of three curated webinars, members and non-members can access meaningful content to improve their work in their home countries.  

Premium advertising placement in ICGFM’s International Journal: our respected bi-annual journal is an excellent vehicle to promote your organization’s status as a Foundation Partner.

Participating Partnership ($2,500)

Offers brand awareness at ICGFM’s most visible event of the year as well as an opportunity to promote your organization throughout the entire year.

ICGFM Innovative Think Tanks 

Series All Three Events: $1,750

Individual Events: $750


Offered three times 

  • Programs are 90 minutes and are designed to bring major donor agencies and organizations together with ICGFM sustaining and organizational members as well as invited guests to exchange information, explore trends and enhance communication. Attendance will be limited. An executive summary report will be distributed following the event.
  • Sponsors receive logo exposure on all marketing material, on the website event listing and on the post-event executive summary.

ICGFM Community of Practice Programs

Series All Three Events: $1,750

Individual CoP Program: $750


Offered three times

  • Programs are 90 minutes and focus on a theme. Format includes a short presentation around the theme. Attendees move into breakouts by region and/or language and then reassemble to debrief. Report is issued following each program.
  • Sponsors receive logo exposure on all marketing material, on the website event listing and on the post-event report.

 

NOTE: An in-person ICGFM Winter Conference may be held, if permitted. If that is not possible, the event will be held virtually. Decision will be made in the first quarter of 2021 and sponsorship opportunities for that event will be available after that decision.
