Jim Wright, President
Jim Wright is a Program Manager with Evans Incorporated who offers clients consulting expertise built upon a solid foundation of public service. Mr. Wright supports public sector organizations with the full life cycle of integrated information technology solution development, including business capability and requirements analysis; business case and alternatives analyses for IT Capital investments; and supporting development of solution architectures and implementations. Mr. Wright has been integral in delivering outstanding business process improvement and integrated budgeting and activity-based costing solutions to clients including the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Jim has a Master's in Public Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a B.A. in Spanish with a Minor in Latin American Studies from Wake Forest University. He is a Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) from the Association of Government Accountants and an active Member of the International Consortium on Governmental Financial Management since 2009. Prior to commencing his public sector consulting career in 2005, Mr. Wright served in the Secretary's Budget Office at the U.S. Department of the Interior. A Presidential Management Fellow alumnus, Mr. Wright also has experience serving as a Federal Public Affairs Officer, as well as a Research Assistant and an Assistant Manager for respective Non-profit agencies.
